Listed on KEF's own site as "R8 Meta," this is a two-way closed-box Dolby Atmos surround speaker with a 25mm vented aluminium dome tweeter and 130mm aluminium mid/bass driver. Its 12th generation Uni-Q driver array with MAT steers sound for genuine 3D height/surround effects; it can be wall-mounted as a surround/rear speaker or placed atop another speaker for height channels.
