With the CD-200 we present the perfect match for the SV-200. Like on the amplifier, the music signals which are converted by the excellent Burr-Brown chip PCM176, are being prepared by one 6N2 tube. Those are making the music smooth and natural.

Just like the amplifier, the CD-200 is integrated in compact midi format housing.For reading CDs we use the proven Sanyo DA11 laser unit in combination with a Philips servo board.The self-developed software guarantees a well and improved reading of the CDs.Digital signals are then converted into analog signals by the Burr-Brown PCM1796 D/A chip (samplingrate 24 bit / 192 kHz). The analog music signal is then processed by two 6N1 tubes, which give thesound naturalness and warmth. It contributes significantly to the final sound characteristic and increases the dynamics. This is why our transformer works with two independent coils. One only supplies the digital part and the other the analog part. The CD-200 can be connected to the amplifier not only via analog RCA outputs. If, for example, you use an external D/A converter, an optical and a coaxial output are also available. Of course, a high-quality aluminium remote control is included in the scope of delivery, which can be used simultaneously for the SV-200 integrated amplifier as well.
