The CS-455 is a fully automatic, belt-driven turntable with a DC motor and electronic speed regulation. Its floating-chassis design sits on anti-resonant feet to minimise vibration, and the dynamically balanced tonearm uses a detachable headshell mount accepting cartridges from 3-10g (an optional Dual DMS 251E cartridge was available). Features viscosity-damped cue control, 33.33/45 RPM speeds, weighted rumble >72dB, wow & flutter 0.04% WRMS, and dual 230V/120V operation. It has since been discontinued.
