Product Description:
The Product is 6 channel Exaktbox is very similar to the Akurate Exakt box 10 way (Report
number 101849689LHD-001) and uses the same listed power supply is the PCAS 699 (Report
Number 0040865LHD-001). The product contains one main-board, with smaller display and i/o
functionality on daughter boards.
The Product is housed in a folded aluminium chassis, the painting process and printing process
is as standard for Linn Products. The internal layout of the Product is shown in the exploded
diagram.
Power Supply:
The Akurate Exakt Box uses 1 x PCAS 699 power supplies, listed separately under Intertek
Report 0040865LHD-001.
Power Supply Mounting:
The mains inlet and power supply are earthed through a threaded PEM on the tray.
Main Board
The power supply is connected to the Audio Board (PCAS 933). This is a new board based on
PCAS 902 from the Klimax Exakt Tunebox (Report number 101443410LHD-001) containing
audio circuits and the main processor.
The fundamental difference between the Akurate Exaktbox 10 and the Akurate Exaktbox 6
mainboard is the addition removal of the 2nd slave processor and a reduction in channels.
